    Welcome Back.... Me

    OKay I'm ready to get my head out of my butt now. After 2 yrs and 40 lb loss and regain I am ready to start all over again COLD TURKEY... MMMM that sounds good! Well it must be working already. My worst times are motivation in winter time and i am not going to make excuses anymore! I see the people who were new when i was losing 2 yrs ago and they're really close to meeting their goal or already have. SOMEONE NEEDS TO SHOOT ME!!! Done beating myself up and going to do this once and for all!!!! I am looking forward to meeting new people and hopefully can give them incentive too.

    On my way to a new and beautiful ME!!!

        welcome back jillyfish! You have come to the end of winter and have the whole rest of the year to work your Atkins. You KNOW you can do it!
