    I have been Mia
    Glad to be back
    I might have been MIA but not on the diet, althought I had one cheat - a latte light
    Im not sure of weight gain or loss forgot to weight my self this am and Tom is here anyway
    SO tomorrow ill see if there is any damage
    Hope all is ok with everyone
