    Hi everyone. Just a short update on me. Last week I had a little whooshie and it appears that is all I'm getting! I am being very good by not eating anything I'm not supposed to and I also started a new exercise DVD. It's The Biggest Loser Workout. I thought I'd never make it through, but I did! So YAY for me! lol I haven't measured in a month, but I plan on doing that next week. I think I'm a little leary of doing that because I don't want to find that I haven't lost any inches.

    I haven't filled out my Fitday in awhile either, though I have entered my weight. Now in order to reach my goal, I need to lose 1.9 pounds a week. It WAS 1.4 so that's a little discouraging, but not bad overall considering that some weeks I expect to lose 2 pounds or even 3 if I bust my butt. I need to get back in the habit of using Fitday.

    Last night for dinner, my family wanted the traditional Thanksgiving meal. Sometimes we make it during the year and for the first time ever, I didn't cheat! Thanksgiving is my absolute favorite meal ever and in the past, I always planned a cheat on that day. Now, I am not planning any cheats and I am so happy that I did not put any of the bad foods into my mouth! I had the turkey and some veggies and that was it and it was enough for me!

    Anyway, I'm still around, behaving myself and reading, reading, reading the board. There are so many here, old and new, that are such a big inspiration to me! I appreciate you all!

    Great, I think you should measure, this way the results will make you work harder at it, just opinion

      Hello Kate! My weight has kind of been doing the same thing. I won't have a loss every week, more like every two weeks then i'll drop 2 or 3 lbs in a few days then level off again, it's kind of wierd!
      It's great to hear your excersising too. I just jump started my working out as well.
      You probably read the recent thread on cheating or treating too by chance? Well i've been giving that some more thought too. Instead of 'cheating' what about eating an item that is higher up on the owl list? Like you aren't to the berries rung yet but just having strawberries for a treat? i'm not trying to hijack your thread but i thought maybe if you felt you had to have something special maybe it could still be in the 'realm' of low carb.
