    14 days of induction

    Well, the initial 2 weeks of induction are over and I have lost 12 lbs.....with all the time I have been in the gym I would have thought more, but I am ok with what has been dropped....I did wear a smaller size jean to work this morning though, I think I will stay on induction a while longer, I have a long journey still ahead of me....... wish me well !!
    Male/47, SW-304, CW-274, 1st goal-275-MET 5-31-2006, 250 here I come !!
