Hi, I was wondering, did you have rosacea (sp??) before atkins? I notice in your before pic your face is really red, but in your current you have BEAUTIFUL SKIN! You look wonderful and I just wanted to ask...sorry if that seems nosey...I have read Atkins helps with skin issues...

Hey Jen, nope, didn't have roseaca. It was quite hot that evening the before photo was taken, I was hosting a christmas party at my house and my BLOOD PRESSURE was UP! That's a visible sign my BP is too high, my cheeks get red as does my face. Hardly ever happens now! LOL!
