          In My opinion what is the weirdes food I have ever eaten WELL I think that wouldhahve to Be Sushi ROFL I tired it But I didn't like it I am pretty Boring HE HE

          What Does My screan name Mean OH OH I'll tell ya HE HE. It so LAME really.
          I am a Maschke taht's my last name HE HE and how you Pronounce it I yam a Mashkey

          Lisa I ahve No idea how many Miles I have ran But I can Figure it well Over 1000 for sure Probably closer to 1300 or so I don't really keep track I know on avaerage I run 120 miles per month sometimes more so I am thinkking the 13 should be pretty close

            Daily Goals:
            No wasted carbs.
            Water intake .5 -1 gallon.

              You know this is Gunna sound Weird But, more then anythign I would Go back to School that's what I would really like to do If I couldn't do that I would LOVE to go live in the Mountains for a year with my family and kids and Just be with Nature no hustle and bustle Just go out and do it like they used to.

                  I always assumed that Maschke was a Yiddish term of some sort. Thanks for the explanation!!

                        My Fav Food that I had to Give Up But Didn't mind doing so HMMMM It would have to Be Jelly Beans the Jelly belly ones OH YUMMY my Fav but, I don't care about them any more and I ahve found better substitutions YAY!!

                        My Defining Moment that made me commit to this WOL was actually a lightbulb Moment I had actually tried atkin About 40 times and Failed Miserably every time. I finally Got it that I had to do this Forever eat like this Forever and I was sick of Hurting all the time I could barely stand for 5 minutes without my feet hurting I woke up in the morning of the 6th with the Full committment to this WOL I was gunna do it this time and I was going to succeed no matter what it was my determination that has got me this far.
