    Hi, all,

I'm enduring my first stall. I suspect I brought it on through too much junk (I added nuts 2 weeks ago - no more! and I like pork rinds too much!) I'm gonna up my exercise and water. Any other suggestions? I've been on for 8 months - no cheating. I've lost 75lbs. and desperately want to lose 30 more. All help appreciated.

Those last darn 30 pounds! I am having a hard time getting down too. The only way I seem to lose anymore is to go back to induction, but as soon as I have something from OWL then the weight that I lost is back on. Very frustrating.

I was down to 175 in 2007 and I will get back there again!

      Re: stalled

Around 8 or 9 months seems to be the average to start a stall. That's when I started to stall and man did it screw me up! My advice is just to be patient and ride it out - I "got greedy" and wanted to lose weight quickly and did all sorts of stupid things that I should have known better then to do. I know it's frustrating, but slow and steady really does win the race!!

Be sure you are getting enough water. When you start to snack, drink a glass along with the snack and you will eat much less of it that usual. I'm down to 3 or 4 pieces of pork rind with a glass of water when I've gotta have that crunchy snack.

You have sure been doing something right, your stats are awesome. Just relax, the pounds will start to fall away again, and the whooshie fairy will come knocking on your door.
You might want to start using fitday again to see where your carbs are coming from, sometimes they have a habit of sneaking in. I don't think its the pork rinds, but it might be the salt!
