            Well, i'm going to start on the 23rd...still readign the book as my little guy has been takign up most of my free time lately so i'm a lil slow on reading...but i'm gettign there and hope to be doen reading by then so i can start....

            i'm 25 yrs old...my lil man is 15 1/2 months old now...and i'm married for almost 2 yrs...i've been strugllign with my wieght pretty much all my life...many ups and many downs on that scale!!! lol...so i'm hopign that once i get this down pat, that will be a thign of the past...i don't want any mroe roller coasters!!! lol...ummmm....for now i'm a stay at home mom...but i'm tryignt o finda job...I'm an EMT-B...but havign a hard tiem gettign a job becasue either no one is callign me orthey just don't fitr the schedule i need!! so...hopefully, i will get this down pat before i start working...cuz it's guan be hard for me to do it when i'm on the road...cuz there isn't always a guarentee of eatign every 6 hours...BUT i shall be brignign stuff with me when the time comes...but anyways...enough rambling!!! lol...

              JoJo,

              I think that it is pretty common to ramble in here so I think you are just finding a home like the rest of us at . Are you excited to start your journey? Are you trying to cut back on anything until the 23rd? I am no expert, but I would think you could save yourself some withdrawal symptoms if you start cutting back on sugar and caffeine now. I am not a coke or coffee drinker so I didn't have that issue, but I read where other people sure do. Welcome!

                oh i amDEF. looking forward to this...i've been tryigntfor a whiel now and it's jsut not workign and i wasn't even losing i was gaining ontop of what i already was!! NOT happy aobut that....

                yes, i have stopped eating bread...haven't had it sicne i boutth e book last week!! lol..that was my biggst hign..i LVOE my bread!! lol...but i did buy soem controlled carb tortilla's for the family so i coudl at leas t have one...ummmm...i dont' really drink coffee so that's nto an issue..soda...eh...I can live without it and have beenfor the past week as well...lol...my soft spot is pasta!!! lol...that's where i'm gunan ahve an issue!! lol...and the fact that i'm soo freakign picky!!! so it'shard for me to eat thign si dont' liek...(ie.veggies and stuff...lol...) but i'm willign to try to dodifferent thigns to get this weight OFF and be a healthier me....
