  • Hey, Centurions! Question for you!

    This board seems a little slow to me lately so I wanted to ask you ask a question and I want us all to brag, brag, brag.

    Since you started Atkins, how much weight have you lost and how much do you have to go yet?

    I'm down 65 pounds from my original start date, 25 from this last start date and I have 92 pounds to go to reach my goal.


    Age: 42
    Height: 5'5"

    17 pounds down and 26 to go. Its slow but its going!

      Yeah... I had a really bad weekend that set me back a little OUCH but started March 18th 2006 at 285 lbs. and as of today April 26th I'm at 260 lbs. so that's 25 lbs. in just over a month. I still have about 100 lbs. to lose and I'm just praying that I make my mini goal of getting to 250 lbs. by my birthday May 7th.

        OK I'll brag. I lost 73 pounds ({mumbling} and regained 38 ) and I will reach new lows and lower lows this year, who knows maybe even reach goal..

          I lost 50 but put a bit of it back on. I could no longer tell you as I put the scale in the trash but I am staying on plan and will loose what ever I put back plaus the other 50 I have left

                    I have been down 213 pounds at one time, but I have since regained about 9 pounds (back to 225). I now flucuate back and forth, but I am more or less staying at my goal weight. Focusing more on exercise goals is currently more my focus than maintaining a specific weight. The weight will maintain itself, but I am of course cautious to see get out of maintenance too.

                          I've lost 78 since I started back in February of 2004 and have about 50-55 more to go. I only have lost the 14 that found me over the Christmas holidays since January so I hope to drop at least 10 more before summer ends. It's very slow going right now.

                            I've been down to 167 from 313 for 146 pounds
                            Now I'm 170 but back in the gym reularly again.

                            I just don't do the your a goalie and can have it now route cause I know i'm a carboholic and that 300+ woman is just waiting to jump back in my skin.

                              I have lost 140 pounds and still have about 10 to go to what I guess will be my goal weight.
                              Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
                              Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
