A very pleasant surprise when I jumped on the scales for my weekly 'check-up'. Down 1.2 kgs! With not exercising as much due to the accident, and waking up a bit constipated, I was sure it would be up but I'm now down to 101.5kgs. Soon be under 100. Whooppee!
