Just and update on me,
I'm down to 115 pounds lost.
Health is improving.
Currently I'm trying to do the following:-
1. Eat Whole foods (and organic where possible ie Price)
2. Trying to limit/eliminate Dairy & Cheese
My Journey has many Emotional Roller coaster ups and downs. I left this board for a while because I was using the online forums (this and others) too much, and I think I was overwhelming myself.
Not you guys (ADBB), this was me.
My Girlfriend says that because of the weight loss, some hormonal stuff would proper influence me.
I've set up my own Australian Bulletin Board for Aussies (my profile has the link). It's a general low carb board. Kent gave me some good advice on Software - Thanks my man!
But ADBB is where it's at for the teaching od Dr. A.!
