  • I think ive stalled myself :(

    Ive been eating SF Jello for the last 3 or 4 days and the scale has not moved at all...although i am staying on plan...i reckon ill have to cut that stuff out I love that stuff!!!

    I eat the SF jello, but I limit myself to 2 a day. They do not seem to bother me, but we all have different bodies. I for one can't eat frankenfoods...I will stall or cheat, so I just stay away totally.

        Stick to natural foods and avoid all prepared and you can't go far wrong. If you want a treat, berries are on rung 4 of OWL and there's not much better than fresh berries and cream!

            Amen to the berries and cream. That is the perfect treat for me. Do people reaaly see the scale move every day? I just went one whole month of not losing anything at all. The scale has started moving again, but definitely not daily. What's up?

              weight loss isn't going to happen every day either. that is why dr Atkins defines stalls as 4 weeks of no weight loss nor inches lost. weight loss hesitations are a natural part of Atkins weight loss.

                I certainly don't lose every day...sometimes it even goes up, but in the big scheme of things its certainly going down down down.

                I'd cut out the SF jello because it's a crutch or a comfort to have something sweet. That's the point of induction is to break the bad habits (the sugar/sweet/carb tooth) that got us all fat in the first place. Do yourself a favor and stick to the acceptable foods list....jello definitely isn't on it. If you want it (and I'll tell you I did have it ONCE during my 4 week induction period) make it, but every day is too much and it's obviously causing you problems.
