    wanted to check in and post a new pic!

    HEY folks....
    sorry i been MIA a bit
    life gets busy when you
    loose so much weight and get
    healthy.

    QUICK UPDATE: i am down 141 lbs and feeling awesome.
    HERE is a picture of me and my youngest son taken
    saturday!

    catch up with everyone!
