I was down to 308 now im back up to 320 because i had to restart my steroids (because of a lung condition that i have) They ALWAYS do that to me, but i just hate it..i have to take them for another week

Robwen ((hugs)) I can relate, I have chronic lung trouble and I have had to take 80 mg of prednisone for months, and I also have MS and for flares if that I get 1000mg IV of steroids. So I can empathize with you. It is the reason I have goen from chronically under weight, to overweight.
They are horrible, the side effects are horrendous, above and beyond the weight gain. I do not get the extreme hunger some experience, but still manage to gain the weight!!

Hugs to you... Darn steroids always makes you gain weight. My niece tells me about it when she has to take the steroids.....

. You'll see 308 again (and even lower) as soon as you get off those pesky steroids.
