  • How important is it for me to get in my water?

    I am really bad at water. I hate it. It is just so boring to me! Does it really make that much of a difference in your weight loss?

    Yes, it really does. You will get used to it, and start craving it actually. Just keep chuggin.

      Huge difference. Huge. Just do it. Chug an 8 oz glass every hour on the hour. Your body WILL get conditioned to it, you will not be running to pee forever.
      What is it, a RACE? It's coming off, right????

        Yes, it does make a difference and it is important.

        I get up and have a glass, then make sure I have 3 more before I go to work. That's half my water ration gone. That said, I generally get through 3 litres a day (12 x 8 z glasses equivalent)

          It's HUGE! It was a struggle for me at first as well but my body honestly does start to crave it by the end of the day if I haven't gotten in all my water. Join us for our water challenge each day. It's fun to set goals for yourself!

            I too think it is important. You body can't metabolize the fat without the water, and I have personally seen this when I was lax on drinking the stuff. When you start again, it's like the flood gates opened. It also helps keeps you "regular" if you know what I mean, which can be real problem for some folks and also be contributer for lack of weight loss. It's like exercise, it's just one of those things that has to be done to be successful.
