Has anyone seen the infomercial 1,000 times on the circle system with Mari Winsor? It looks very doable but wondered if anyone else had experience with Pilates.

Re: Winsor Pilates
I have the Winsor Pilates DVD and circle workout, and I love it! It's got a 10-minute, 20-minute and 40-minute workout. The 10-minute doesn't thrill me, and the 40-minute one is way too hard, but I do the 20-minute workout 4 times per week . . . and I dropped 3 inches off my waist in less than a month!
The first time I did it, I felt really disappointed because it felt almost too easy. NOthing hurt, nothing felt stretched or worked . . . I really didn't even break much of a sweat. But two hours later, I could hardly move. Basically, everything from the armpits to the kneecaps gets a major workout.
Definitely a good investment. Most enjoyable, productive exercise I have ever done.Female 5'5"

Re: Winsor Pilates
I did but confess that I've never used it. After I ordered it I joined the YMCA. I've actually watched it once. It does look hard as far as the ab work. I figure I'm only out 10 dollars since I've cancelled the follow up shipments and one day I may use it. I just don't like to work out at home. With 2 small children and a husband who doesn't help out much, I just feel guilty when I'm working out, like I should be doing something else. So, it's off to the gym for me. I never get bored and always have new stuff to try. It's "my" time...I love it!Stats F/34/5'2/SW248/CW?

Re: Winsor Pilates
I want to go to the gym and stuff sometimes but I worry that I have no idea on what to do if i were to go. I was starting to to lots of Crunches here at home and around 12:00pm everyday I put the music on and the kids and I have a dance a thon LOL I also am cleaning at that time and dancing at the same time. I think now in the evenings since it is cooler and babies are in bed I will start to jog/walk a little. That way I can have little time to myself. Kids seem to enjoy the Dance/Clean-a-thon. they usually jump up and down when I put the music on. They love it.I am 25/f/VA 5'7"
