    Hey CC peeps!

What's happening ? Are you still around ? Are you lurking ?

What's hapening in your weight loss journey right now ?

Me I've just reache dthe 120 pounds lost mark. Pretty frickin sweet!

I'm pushing myself to start exercising properly. It's a mental hurdle that I will jump.

    Re: Century Rollcall & updates

Dave that is TOTALLY AWESOME you've dropped 120 pounds off your former self. What types of exercise are you doing?

I was walking but slacked due to the construction of sewer down my street (the crews, the muck and the MUD are just awful, never mind the noise) but I need to get back to walking out now that the rains have ended and the flooding is gone.

I'm down 78 pounds (finally hit 199) but I am now fluctuating between 199 and 202 depending on my water.

My mental hurdle is getting enough water. I used to be much better at it.

I'm still here. Haven't been posting much lately, fell off the wagon again, and it's hard to say don't eat that, as I'm eating it. I am finally back for good, that's not to say I won't slip, but I absolutely will not slide. I almost let myself get all the way back to where I was, but I've caught myself. When I saw 317 on the scale the other day I panicked and said enough is enough. That was 42 pounds up from my low, NO MORE.

So needless to say I'm back.

Yes I'm eating a smore in the picture, how do you think I got so fat?

Way to go, you guys! And thanks Dave, for bringing some extra life to the Century Club--we've been kind of a quiet place recently.

I'm down to 245.2 pounds, and 245 was my latest mini-goal so I met it. (Yeah, I don't care about the tenths place on the scale when it comes to the mini-goals.) So that's almost 36 pounds lost for me. Not a boatload of weight, but a good start I think, plus I have less than 100 pounds left to lose now so that's something.

Congrats on all of your losses... the Century Club'll end up being the "skinny" club at this rate.
No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.

I'm here! I am a returning old newbie, if that makes any sense. I'm just beginning, but have lost 12 pounds thus far and have kept strong on my walking and no cheating rule!

I wish this forum were a bit more active and wonder where everyone is, but I am glad some of you are still around.

Roll call.. oi, now I have images of all of us in Mickey Mouse ears.

I haven't weighed myself in a year. Things have been rough due to family stuff. I'm losing though.. I know this because my pants are now clown pants and I have resorted to tieing belt loops together to keep them up. Eventually I'll invest in some new pants.

I've gone vegetarian as well, but still doing Atkins. It's not as hard as it sounds.

I miss Diva, Dawn, Ang.. and the others.

I have been maintaining, but having trouble losing for the last few months. There are reasons: cheating, not exercising enough, nuts and cheese. I have been trying to cut out the things I overeat and exercise more. Hopefully, I will start seeing losses again. I feel my willpower returning.

a goalie now and still leaking info about atkins to all who ask.

Should we start a new CC weight loss total topic and see how many tons we have lost?

Which ones of the CC missing have any of you tried to contact?

I'm still here! Not posting as much as previously as Dave has set up an Aussie board for us but no way I would stop coming here. Been in a bit of a stall as in the 7 weeks follwoing my accident I couldn't get to the gym, no car. But did not put any back on so am happy. Now trying to get the negine kick started again to lose the rest.

Yes, a cumulative total of all the CC members would be great, what a big total that would be!

Sadly, done without exercise due to my size.
For the super morbid obese, there is mobility issues, but it's also relatively easy to lose larger chunks of weight (not that it was easy)

This is my next challenge - to start an exercise plan. I would equate this difficult up there with starting a diet!

I've just come back, so I don't have anything to report except 5 days cheat free, it's been a good start. Here's hoping to many many more.

I'm not going to weigh myself for a couple months, I'll be judging weight loss through clothes. I'm too addicted to the scale and it's been my downfall every time for 6 years.
