    What's your water goal today?

    120 oz. for me.

    C'mon and challenge yourself!
    Stats F/34/5'2/SW248/CW?
    Current Stats 47% Body Fat/Goal is 30%
    Not going to be a slave to the scale in 2007!

              How are you all able to drink that much water? I am finding it hard to drink 54oz's. Any advice for me? I'd love to join these challenges but I can't even get close.

                If 54 is all you can do then do that.

                But to answer your question, you just get used to it. Keep a bottle or glass with you at all times and just constantly sip. If you did a 16oz cup every hour, over 16 waking hours thats 256 ounces, so it's really not that much that we are drinking.

                  I'm at 128 oz.

                  Chub, JR gave some good advice on drinking water. I find that water temp makes a big difference in how much water I can down. I like cool but not cold water, even room temp water is easier for me to down than ice cold water.

                    I have just always loved water. I hardly ever drank soda. I would drink tea maybe 2 times a week. I am not much into drinking anything sweet.
                    Met My Goal...I am at 156 oz right now and will go for more!!
