    Anyone looking for a challenge today?? Are you struggling to get your water down each day? What's your goal??

    120 oz. for me! (I'm going to do it today!) I haven't been so successful the last few days.
    I think I can, I think I can, I think I can......
    Stats F/34/5'2/SW248/CW?
    Current Stats 47% Body Fat/Goal is 30%
    Not going to be a slave to the scale in 2007!

    I'm down for 150 today. I've got 48 down and a bunch to go! *sigh* To bad chewing ice doesn't count towards our water goal.
    Female/32/Still too big, but getting smaller..

      I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                  Chewing ice dehydrates you. Or at least thats what I've been told by various people and a handful of doctors over the years.
