  • my first week- and cheat free

So today completes my first week, and I didn't cheat once. I know there's a lot of you people who have been cheat free for a long time, but normally, if I fall off of a diet, I do so within the first week.

Yesterday we were at the jeep dealership cuz they had to get us a new jeep since the other one was gonna take too long to fix the cruise/radio, so we made them get a new one. I was so exhausted from running around, we were waiting forever and all I wanted was food, and there wasn't a single restaraunt with atkins friendly food around, just a snack vending machine full of chocolate.

My husband, relunctantly, said "Well, I suppose we could go to McDonalds and pull the breading off of chicken mc nuggets" ( I was at my limit for veggies) and I looked at him and said "That's the most un-appealing thought in the world, I'll wait.)

The jeep finally showed up and hour later, ( we'd been there for 2 already) and we jumped in, went to Arby's, got the biggest roast beef sandwich's we could, tossed the bread, and munched on roast beef while we tested out the new jeep. Lol...

that's really been the only hurdle I've come across other than popcorn at the movies. I'm honestly not sure if I'm losing weight, I normally can see something right away and can't, but I did notice something. The other day, right around 11:30, my stomach started to growl, and then again at 4:30 sharp. Now, this coming from a girl who can normally go 24-48 hours without her stomach growling even once without food, I've had 3 days in a row where at those specific times, my body tells me "I do need to eat." My Metabolism is UP.
