  • well Ive had a set back

    I have gained 18 lbs back. of course I know why. eating crap. I am back on induction today. I will be here alot because it helped me in the beginning the support.

    Good for you! Welcome back! You're doing what you need to do: dust yourself off and get right back on the wagon.
    No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.

        welcome back. Was there any thing you can pinpoint that lead to this eating binge? if you can pin it down you can take steps to avoid it the next time similar circumstances arrise.

          Welcome back! I agree with 2big. Find what made you gain that weight back so you can take steps to avoid it next time. You can do this!

              well I got a new position at work that is very very stressful. and just some other stuff . but I think a big part of it is not coming in here for the support you guys give. it really does make a difference

                Welcome back. Hope you'll be even more successful this time. You've done a great job so far. Keep up the good work!
                June Goals
                1. Continue with water
                2. Use bike more (3x per week would be nice).
                3. Continue with videos.
                4. Go to the YMCA for water classes.
                5. Build stamina for more walking.


                Goals for May:
                1. Water every day - at least 100 oz.
                2. Walk through Wal Mart instead of ride.
                3. Post every day.
                4. Get the exercise bike out of basement and use it!
                5. Re-read DANDR! It's been too long.

                      So glad you're back! I too went through a stressful time and gained back a whoppin' 32 lbs. This board is amazing! Check in each day for support and motivation. We're all here for you. Join in the water challenge each day. It really helps get that water down!
