    Hi everybody.......

    Just stopped in to say hello. I don't have much time with working full time and going to school, but I missed you guys and wanted touch base with everyone.

    I got off track and gained 16 pounds back! It really threw me when I hopped on the scale after several months and seen the result of my life without Atkins! Beware...it happens so fast you won't know what hit you.
    I have lost 11 of the 16 gained, and this time around I have no intention of backsliding again. It just isn't worth it.

    I hope everyone is having a great summer....

          Great to see you all!! School is HARD!! But will be well worth it once I'm finished...
          Well, I'll never be finished. There's always something else they want us to know!

            TAMMY!!!! I was so excited to see you'd posted. Thanks for coming in and warning us about the dangers of going back to carbs - that's something I fear everyday.

            I'm so glad that you are doing well in your school and work. Please keep us posted on your life and progress. You are missed but never forgotten!!!

              Hi there my friend... Thanks for the warm welcome back. I missed everyone so much... How is your knee?? Have you finished with the second operation? Are you able to exercise? A pool would be great for that. I took a spill a few weeks ago and ended up with a stress fracture in the top of my foot. The pool has helped so much!

              How is that new Grandbaby?? I know you are so proud!! I miss you....

                I too have found out that slipping from this WOE makes you gain (39lbs with me),...never again.

                I know what works for me and im determined this time to stick it out

                hope you find time to post again soon its so nice to see one of the old CCers back

                      'Life without Atkins', hmmm that doesn't sound too good!

                      I've found that a lot of successful losers, still grapple with the lesson of a WOL.

                      My belief is that our CCL Critical Carbohydrate Level is a lot lower than we like to believe.

                      But after all that you have lost, 16 pounds is a small fraction!

                      Congrats to you for returning so quickly!

                          Thanks so much ya'll. See, that's why I love this place so much. No matter what takes us away, we are always made to feel welcome when we come back...
                          My CC family is responsible for such a huge amount of my previous success. And it's not that I forgot that, it's just that life happened. Setting priorities has become my number one challenge. And this place, this WOL, has to be #1 on my list!
