I was reading Chapter 19 in the DANDR "Eating In The Real World" and learned this:
Dietary fiber grams are subtracted from total carbohydrate grams to make net carb grams - which are the ones that count when doing Atkins.
So - - - with that understood - This is the lightbulb that went off in my head:
Why can't I just take extra fiber when I eat something high in carbs? (To cancel out some of the Carbohydrate grams!!! Ta-da!

...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
