Tuesday Water

It's hot out there!!! Be sure and drink up to stay hydrated. What's your goal today?? I'm going to be daring and go for 150 oz today...that's 3 Bubba Keg's for me!

Stats F/34/5'2/SW248/CW?
Current Stats 47% Body Fat/Goal is 30%
Not going to be a slave to the scale in 2007!
