Thanks so much everyone! I'm still stuck at the same place, but I'm sticking with Atkins and I'm going to do this if it kills me...because if I DON'T do it, this weight just might kill me and I'd rather they carry out a lighter me! I don't want to be embarrassed in death.
I have blown off my normal exercise these past 2 days because I've been doing a lot of yard work. We have a pretty steep hill in the back part of our yard and it needed cleaning up badly. We made a family project out of it and we even got a fence up this afternoon. My whole body is sore from this 2 days of labor and I sweated like crazy...which helped me a LOT in drinking more water!
So even though I am frustrated with the scale not moving and the inches not dropping right now, it will and they will. They HAVE to! lol
