    Small Victory

    I have been wearing 2XL shirts. Tonight I tried on an XL shirt and it fit. I am so happy!

    I am trying to appreciate the little goals this time instead of mainly focusing on the big ones!
    Started Atkins 7/31
    Induction- Lost 13 LBS
    Cheat Free Since 9/18/2006
    First Mini Goal 230 9/21/2006
    Second Mini Goal 230 on Digital Scale (weighs +12)
    Exercise Video Challenge 5/15 for October

    That is WONDERFUL!

    Congratulations! Your hard work is paying off!!

    Just think how much smaller you'll be by next weekend!!

    I once heard a quote that went like this..."A journey of a 1,000 miles begins by taking the first step." It is pretty fitting for us on our journey to good health.

        All of your little goals add up to your final goal. Be sure to appreciate them on the way. They keep you strong and keep you going on to reach your final goal!

          You can shop in the "regular" sizes now. Yeah!!! Don't get lost in the stores trying to find your new size. Congratulations!
