  • Haven't been here in well..too long!!!

Lastnight I couldn't sleep and this board popped into my head. I come on to browse some posts, and wow! you are all doing wonderful! As I was reading thoughts went through my head like ..."wow this computer chair is getting more snug than it used to" and "I know that picture of me isn't what I really look like is it?".

Needless to say since joining the site and then going back to my old ways I gained even more weight. Boy do fat people rock at denial or what? I catch a glimpse of myself unexpectedly and I want to look around for who that lady is!!!??

I think I had joined the same time as kent did. WOW. If that isn't inspirational, just as all of you that are losing are!. I have lost my atkins book so I think I'm going to go out and pick up a new one. Maybe the time summer rolls around next year I can lose some of this insulation I have that makes me want to curl up next to the nearest air conditioner.

So anyway, I better stop talking about it and make it happen....one day at a time!

    highest weight 360lbs
    started atkins 315lbs
    current weight 295lbs
    first mini goal 275
    second goal 250

    Induction started Sept 30/09

Going to succeed, one day at a time!!!!!!!

Welcome back, I think I remember your name. Not all of us have been totally successful, some of us have some success then slip, over and over again.

But never say die, and we all know this works.

(Sidenote: Kent used to weigh a lot more than me now he weighs 80 pounds less, I'm such an idiot!)

Welcome back! Some of us just keep falling off the wagon and logon and see everyone smaller and are like, ((*#$&@#( then try and hijack the wagon.
