I realized I've neglected to post here, but I am most certainly a member of the CC. I've got 100 or so to lose. I failed at Atkins the first time around because, I think, I was too rigid. I tried to stay on induction for so long without adding new foods I cracked. The 40 or so pounds I'd lost came back in a hurry! This time I'm doing a clean induction, and then will likely add a bit of variety from the OWL rungs while still keeping my carbs relatively low. I realize it will likely slow me down some but I need that variety to keep from just going nuts I think!

Re: Saying hello
Welcome to ADBB and HAPPY BIRTHDAY
I'm a STACer too, and I think you hit the nail on the head when you say you stayed on induction too long. I did too. I've been much more successful this time around because i'm going through the rungs and eating more variety. Also seeking out new recipes to keep my food interesting.
Once again, welcome!~Joy
