    Thank you ... I missed the boards and missed everyone. I'm trying to post when I'm not be watched here at home. Still on some restrictions due to assortment of orthopaedic problems. More procedures, upcoming. Everyone is very protective of me.

    I haven't heard from Stacy (Sprocketjones). Last I knew she had appeared, briefly, on the board and had met someone. I'm sure Dawn's world is spinning in circles between work and the family and the baby!

    And Richt, I've noticed you, too. You look wonderful!

      I remember you IrishIrish- I came on after you did, but your posts always helped me!
      What happened to the ...Diva- I remember her icon had a picture with a feather boa?

        My Gosh Friends I'll never leave. I'll always be around just not round. You know I miss the old days too but then again there are so many new interesting people that have jumped on the wagon. I try not to scare the men now I fear I may have chased Papa Jack into hiding. And Kent and Rich ...I drool over them to this day talk about EYE CANDY!! My job the grand daughter and the DH keeps me hopping. But I still dream of the great big Atkins picnic...Deflating Diva

          So nice to see you and your blue boa! Lots of new people here and some of us old ... or shall I say, longer term posters here! I get here when I can, as well. Hope that you are doing well and the grand daughter is making you laugh.

            HI IRISH IRISH!
            I am passing thru thought i would post a "HELLO"

            I am holding my weight at 167, cant break past this number.
            I been full with my daycare business and days at the lake
            this summer! BUT im around and doing fine. MY youngest
            will start preschool in the fall which will be nice to get a
            break for those few hours from him!
            OTHERWISE im fine!

              YOU GUYS REALLY HAVE THE TYPE OF COMRADESHIP THAT I LONG FOR. I'M NEW TO THE BOARD BUT I'M ALREADY FEELING THAT REASSURING LONG TERM SAFENESS THAT WILL COME FROM THE SUPPORT AND CARE FROM PEOPLE LIKE YOU!

                I'm still around, not posting much. Dealing with my own struggles and not wanting to be a hypocrite.

                But I also agree this was by far the best forum on the board and it seems to have died a slow death. Maybe some CPR can revive it (no comments Diva).

                  I haven't been here in ages!!! It is sooo good to see all of you again. I've missed you all.

                  My career has been a whirlwind... they even wrote a newspaper article about me! LOL I did slip and fall off the bandwagon even though I knew it was wrong, and gained some weight back, but have been really dedicated since finding out I am pregnant AGAIN with number six after having my tubes done last September after Bethany was born. I went right back to Atkins maintenance to maintain my blood sugar and provide the best nourishment I could for this baby. I am seven weeks preggo right now.

                  Yall popped into my head and I thought I'd come by and see who was all at the Century Club and saw Jo and then kent and then Diva and all my old friends and I just had to say hi and that Kent I am so proud of you!

                      OMG!!!! Congratulations!!! My day is absolutely made with all this news. I missed out on welcoming Diva, who is fabulous as always in her boa, but I am glad I didn't miss this news. Another Mighty Mucko in the world, it seems a little better already.

                            You know I rushed home, started babbling to JIm about my old friends at ADBB and came back wondering... why did I ever leave! After seeing all of you post it has just warmed my heart!

                            BTW, my sister's trying to get me on Oprah! LOL After getting preggo with Bethany four years after Dh's vasectomy and now getting preggo after having my tubes done, she thinks I would make a perfect candidate for the OPrah show and receive some free diapers!!!! LOLLOL My ob/gyn said "Having one procedure fail is phenomenal, having two is a miracle!" and I agree! DH is having the resnip done on September 29th, let's hope it works! LOL

                            Lisa, didn't you have surgery done? How did it go? ONe of my neighbors had it, lost 60 pounds, and just stopped. Now she is wanting to have it redone!!!

                            Jo, how is your health and your DH's health? BTW, I saw someone using your kitty avatar at another message board, so your lime head kitty has become popular! LOL

                            Kent, are you still in the reserves?

                            I'm off now to take the kids to open house. I can't wait to come back and check on everyone!

                                Well, I'll be gosh darned!! Wow, Dawn! You truly are a miracle! So exciting for you guys with another pregnancy! Bet you were one surprised person ...

                                I'm doing okay. Not great, but trying to do my best. My mobility could be a lot better, but that would require two healthy hips, knees, a good back, good ankles ... need I go on? Suffice to say, somedays are better than others. Thankfully, my weight, while stabilizing some, didn't come back, but for me, exercise is critical and I do the best I can.

                                It did my heart good to see my old friends and so many new members once I broke loose from the "wardens" and signed onto the website. I realize the "wardens" have my best in mind, but it doesn't mean I have to like it.

                                Send me an e-mail if you can so I have your address. Somewhere along the line a computer crash caused us to have to reload my software, so I lost a lot. Thankfully I had the important stuff like my recipes on a separate disc!

                                Nice to see everyone checking in. I'm trying to show up every few days if I can!
