I'll take your 100 oz challenge! I've been bad about my water lately, and my losses have slowed, despite eating right (and frankly not much -- maybe too little?). So, maybe water is it?
I have a 20oz. water bottle here on my desk. That means filling (and emptying!) it 5 times.
When I first started here I hated drinking water, now I look forward to it and when I have had a diet soda (the colozero) in the past, I can feel it making me thirstier.
120 oz for me today

About 50 ozs down so far (literally!). I'm skipping my usual unsweeted ice tea (with two sweet and lows) for lunch. I'm going to cut back on caffiene and sweetners -- I think that may be stalling my weightloss a little.
