    Hi Everyone,

    Who would have thought that I would be able to string 9 days together with no sugar, white flour or grains? I was an out of control freight train heading for disaster. Do not misunderstand, I am not cured. I will never be cured. But today I feel so good honoring myself by not eating the foods that were rapidly taking years off my life. I am so very grateful to have these days of clean eating. I am grateful that I am doing something positive to turn my life around.
    I can't, he can, I think I will let him.

    Day one again Monday 8/13/07
    Starting weight this time is 389. I am not going to change my ticker, I am just going to lose the weight to match it!

    Consistancy is what will allow me to reach my weight loss goals.
