I have started having a 1 litre bottle on my desk which gets filled everynow and then. A new tactic for me, I usually just drink from a pint glass at work.sigpic260/215/180 Male - 36 y/o
It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
