  • Century Club Board is very slow :(

Seems that this board does not have a lot of posting. Perhaps I will post on a more active area. Any suggestions?
    Hugs,

If you want information dealing with doing your atkins as a super heavyweight or questions about that type stuff the CC forum will help you with that. we don't ususally post daily stuff in here as you can see.
I looked and all your topics have been replied to, all your questions answered, so I don't really understand what you are asking.

    posting what?

if you need more pats on the back and atta girl replies for doing each day of induction try the 14 day induction forum. That is where folk doing the first 14 days join in supportting each other through their struggles with the doing of those days more on a daily bases. You can support them too and get to know them too. once your 14 days are up you can chose to move to OWL or extended induction and again there are forums ofr those kind of support too.

if you just want more gerneal conversation type stuff with some atkins tossed in too, start a chat journal and the mods, hostesses, and others who's journals you visit will be visiting your journal.

    Happy low carbing

Also, there is a wealth of info out there, and so much good advice all over the place! Get familiar with a LOT of the boards, even if they don't apply to you right now. You never know where you might find a bit of wisdom to help you in your struggle, get to know the people all over the place, at some point, you'll be there. Supporting others is a great way to get support for yourself too, take the first step to get to know people, for the most part, you won't be sorry you did (though we do get the ocassional wierdo here, cause we're just so cute).

Hey! You can always come over to the journals forum: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=31
Please start a journal and tell us a little bit about yourself and then people will stop in and visit you. You can also go into everyone else's journal and chat with them about where they are on the program. You will find everyone's introduction on the first page of their journal and then jump to the last page for current events in their life.

          Come on in and visit!!
