Hi Gang! It's Monday! I'm trying to get excited about that...can you tell? Okay, so let's start the day out with our water goal...100 oz. for me.

How much are you going to drink today???

Current Stats 47% Body Fat/Goal is 30%
Not going to be a slave to the scale in 2007!
