  • Knee's

I went out for milk yesterday (no I don't drink milk - growing teenager in the house lol) and as I was walking across the parking lot it hit me.......my knee's weren't "bouncing" off each other while I walked. I don't know any other way to describe it.
I took a few more steps....nope, no bouncing off each other. I stood a bit straighter and smiled as I continued my walk to the car! I now have more "spring" in my step and less "bounce"!
    Thanks for listening!

Oh my, I think I will just faint if that ever happens to me. I think the thighs are going to be the last to go.

That's wonderful! It is great to know that you have done it- and I will one day get there too!

It is also a great thing to find such wonderful people who really "understand" the struggles that accompany the weight!
