    Monday Water

    Hey Gang! There was some discussion on Thursday about the 64 oz. insulated water jug from Walmart that keeps the water cold all day long. I too have one of those and LOVE it. I also have a 52 oz. Bubba Keg from Walmart that I love too. It's not insulated though but is much easier to lift and haul around on a busy day! I'm so excited that so many of you are really working hard on your water intake. Dr. Atkins would be so proud!

    So...how about today?? How much are you drinking?? 100 oz. for me...yet again! Have a great Monday!
