I've been so busy these past few months that I just haven't had the time for the internet. I've been keeping up with Atkins though and the Stair Climbing Challenge. Unfortunately, since I last posted I've oly been able to lose 2-3 pounds. It's so frustrating that I'm working my butt off and this weight just doesn't want to go away! Everyone is telling me that the weight wasn't put on in a day or a week and it'll take time to get it off. While I do realize that myself, I just want it gone NOW! 2 years on Atkins, a couple of slips (but none since I restarted this past January). You'd think it would start slinking away a little bit more than it has. I will persist though because this WILL fall off my butt one way or another.
I've been staying off the scale because I didn't want to be disappointed and discouraged. So this morning's weigh in is the first in over a month. This morning I weighed in at 253. I'm a little disappointed but I'll take it. It's so much better than what I started out with.
A little extra motivation I have is watching The Biggest Loser. I love watching how each week they get on the scale and see their results. It's very inspiring and it makes me go and exercise more.
