    TGIF!! I love Fridays! Did I mention I was glad it was Friday??

    Did you know that...

    The body is 80% water
    We need to drink AT LEAST 1/2 our body weight in ounces of water
    Water removes harmful toxins from the body
    Dehydration slows down the body's metabolism
    Lack of water causes daytime fatigue
    Water plays a role in almost EVERY bodily function

    So...How much are you drinking today????

    100 oz. for me!
    Stats F/34/5'2/SW248/CW?
    Current Stats 47% Body Fat/Goal is 30%
    Not going to be a slave to the scale in 2007!

      I am going to drink 128 oz today and all through the weekend..
      SW 262, CW 248, GW 165

      1st Goal - 235lbs
      2nd Goal - 220lbs
      3rd Goal - 205lbs
      4th Goal - 190lbs
      5th Goal - 175lbs
      Ultimate Goal - 165lbs

        I talked big the other day about drinking 12 glasses but only managed 8 (boo!)

        So today I'll be more humble and aim for 10

          at least your honest. 8 glasses sounds like a pretty good effort to me but 10 would be better.

              Wow! I miss "water days". I would have to say I drank close to 4 liters of water today. All I drink is water now... I have a fear of diet Colas... BenAndHallesMom I have to agree full heartedly. At work all I drink is water and I feel so much better after a glass of water when I feel rundown... being a waitress is hard work!!!

                I actually had a diet coke the other day (first in over 3 years!) because the pull-in food stand didnt have water and was amazed at how sweet it tasted. One sip was enough for me to feel a bit icky, so I left the rest of the can and we stopped at the next petrol station to buy water!!
