I've been a lurker for a long time on this board and started Atkins in Jan and have so far lost 45lbs I fell off the wagon for about a month a a half and am back on ( I have to lose 100 lbs more). This is my 3rd week on induction and have only lost 2 lbs. I've been excercising 6 x's a week (this is my third week) and only 2 lbs
. I think it might be muscle that I'm building because I can feel inches off my waist. I just feel so discouraged because I am working out hard and eating right and the scale isnt really moving. Anyone run into this problem
????? In fact, I'm getting ready to work out for today but I wanted to post to see if anyone can help me or give me some words of advice. I'm expecting the lbs to start melting off any day now, lol.

Getting ready to watch the biggest loser, I love that show, inspiring. I will try and post more often, it helped to just read your replies...thank you all again
my body has to give in and the weight will start to come off. I am doing better with the water, that's one challege I've always had is the water. Thanks again to everyone who responded to my post...
