I've been a lurker for a long time on this board and started Atkins in Jan and have so far lost 45lbs I fell off the wagon for about a month a a half and am back on ( I have to lose 100 lbs more). This is my 3rd week on induction and have only lost 2 lbs. I've been excercising 6 x's a week (this is my third week) and only 2 lbs
. I think it might be muscle that I'm building because I can feel inches off my waist. I just feel so discouraged because I am working out hard and eating right and the scale isnt really moving. Anyone run into this problem
????? In fact, I'm getting ready to work out for today but I wanted to post to see if anyone can help me or give me some words of advice. I'm expecting the lbs to start melting off any day now, lol.

and I figure my body has to give in and starting losing the weight. I am doing better with my water, that's been one of my biggest challenges.
On to planning my meals for tomorrw and my excercising.
