  • Did what I could.....

......and what I could turned out great!

I always do 1/2 mile WATP.
Today I decided to do the WATP 1/2 mile eight times! Every hour for eight hours I'd stop whatever I was doing and pop in the WATP - do my 1/2 mile and then come back and hour later and do it again!
So by doing what I could - even though it was a little each time - it added up to 4 wonderful miles!
Success starts with just one step!

It's not long at all - 7 minutes. That really helps make it easier to do - but by the end of that 7 minutes - I can feel my muscles complaining lol

Thanks everyone! I am proud of myself. I feel pretty good today, no strange pains so I am going to give it another go!

good for you and cause you did it 8 times you got the added advantage for weight loss cal burning of revving up your metabolism 8 times during the dsy woo hoo.

but I got to ask what does Ralphy do when you do WATPs and not real walks with him?

oh wow! I didn't know about the metabolism rev - awesome!
Ralphy. Thanks for asking about him. He still goes out on walks, my son takes him.
When I pop in the WATP video and the music starts - no matter where Ralphy is, he comes into the TV room and either sits on my left side (where he walks when we walk), he gets excited and grabs a toy and jumps around while I walk or he lays by the TV and watches me - so even though I am "walking" in the house, Ralphy keeps me company and is still my "walking" buddy!
I did another 4 miles today!

that is so cute about him "walking" with you even though he isn't.
