  • Miles add up!

    miles walked between Oct 8th and Oct 14th - 28

    Total miles walked since I started exercising Aug 24th - 80.5

    Wow it sure adds up fast! My goal is to walk 581 miles by Valentines day

      Yes its all with WATP.
      I don't count the extra walking like friday I walked all over town - that doesn't count. lol I'm just adding up WATP.
      I am afraid (GFB) the tape will wear out

        Kekeke...those tapes are sturdier than they look. You might be able to meet your goal before you burn a hole in it.

            Lady!!!! That's awesome! Are you using a pedometer too? I used mine and made sure I was walking the 10,000 steps a day like the surgeon general recommended. I think that is about 5 miles a day. I haven't used mine for a long while, I think I'll get it out and start tomorrow using it everyday again.

            YOU are doing so fantastic. I'm so happy for you....I'm sure you'll meet and exceed your goal the rate you are going!!!!

              I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

I have upped my walking today and yesterday to 5 miles a day now - I feel good, no pain, so I am going to continue with 5 miles a day now. So are you using your pedometer?                       You're right I am beaming! It "finally clicked" for me! I've been cheat free since July 9th - I am down a total of 43 pounds and I am on my way to goal!

                          LMAO you have no idea how true that statement really is where I live!
                          The wind is so strong that is lifts me at "this" weight - once I'm at goal - the rocks in my pockets should help - hmmmmmmmmm adding rocks to my shopping list!
