Sorry I have not visited here lately. I got really absorbed in journaling and sticking there. I need to keep my butt in here as well and be accountable to lose this weight.
My foods have been pretty good. I cheated on Monday with bread. But Tues and Wed have been right back on track.
My weight has been a constant rollercoaster, mostly up and down. I'm at 287 today.
Exercise is pretty good now. I have an abslounge and I'm trying for 40 of them in the morn and evening. I still have the gazelle and I get on it 2wice a week for 15 - 25 min so far.

Beef Broth with Celery, onion, parmegian cheese and zuchinni squash
2 cups coffee with half and half
4 slices Bacon
3 eggs scrambled
36 oz of water down
