  • Confessions...

Ok I am going to start a thread.. this one is called confessions.

I'm gonna go first.. and anyone else who wants to post can..

    My Confession:

Today my husband took me out to The Keg (kinda like Red Lobster) for a very special dinner, and I had 2 lobster tails, steak, stuffed mushroom caps ANNNNNND.. (cue dread music) 2 peices of sourdough bread with butter.

    My Penance...

Tomorrow I restart a super super clean induction with no cheating or excuses. I will drink all my water without fail and I will exercise ever single day despite the cold/rain.

ok, the cheat is over, you have started again. No penance from me. I'm usually on my knees anyway and HGT (heavy guilt trip) are my middle names.

Um, I have a confession, too. Today, when no one else was home, I ate a granola bar. Why did I do it? I was doing so well! And I was doing the cheat free challenge! Now, I have to start over. No more "4 days cheat free" for me.

I think I did it because I thought, "I can get away with it."

Someone assign me a penance! (I'll be too lenient with myself.)

you have to read every ADBB post and reply to them all with Atkins correct info! that should keep you from every even wanting to cheat again.

in reality just keep doing your Atkins and if you are in extened induction you might want to move to OWL so you can have more variety in your choices.

What 2big said - and wondering if you have any more granola bars tucked away that need giving away!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!
