    Okay...can you believe it!!! We collectively drank 800 oz. yesterday!!! Way to go gang. That's a whole lot of water!

    Well Friday is upon us...let's get energized and drink up that H20 to keep our bodies a burning metabolic machine!

    Pledge time...how much is it going to be???
