Monday Water

I know many of you will be off and traveling soon for the holiday week so I just wanted to wish you all a very Happy Thanksgiving. I will post the Water Challenge on Monday and Tuesday but then we'll take off until next Monday. I know you'll all be drinking your water, flushing out all that turkey .

So a very happy Holiday to you all!

Okay, now for the water pledge...how much are you going to drink today??

Is this a daily challenge? We what sign up in the morning and pledge what we will drink that day? This might be just the encouragement I need to get my water in each day.

Yes Lady Hawke this is an everyday pledge to get your water down. Benandhallesmom is great to get the thread going monday thru friday. Hope you come and join us water guzzlers next week when everybody gets back from holiday travel, brady

If I remember its here....I'm getting old ya know - then I sure will join you guys! I really, really, REALLY need to do better with my water!
