My weight fluctuations have just been weird for the last few months.
21/10 - 106.4
28/10 - 105.9
04/11 - 104.3
11/11 - 102.9
18/11 - 105.5
25/11 - 103.8
29/11 - 102.8; then the last week
30/11 - 103.8; 1/12 - 103.8; 2/12 - 103.7; 3/12 - 103.3; 4/12 - 103.3; today - >drum roll please - 100.5!
Now on Friday and Saturday, due to dinner out and guests for dinner, I ate way more carbs than I should have. Not evil stuff, just more than usual, probably 80-100 each day. Sunday and yesterday I was pretty good. But it really just does not add up. Maybe there is something int hat carb cycling stuff, I don't know.
I'm taking the 100.5 very cautiously - I may well bounce back up again. But I was sure happy (and amazed) to see that figure there this morning. And as I had a mini goal of under 100 by New Year maybe I'll acheive it.
