Yesterday I made the choice not to do my WATP tape. After 112 days straight, I missed a day.
This morning I was faced with the choice of do I just give up or do I put the tape in and begin my work out.
    I put the tape in.
Knowing me like I do, this is a first.
In the past missing a day of exercise was all the excuse I needed to chuck the entire program in the trash.
This morning I realized, life happens. If its a day of missed exercise, or a bite of the wrong food - thats not an excuse to give up on myself. Its just life. Its my choice.
The choice I made was - not to give up.

Good for you! Sometimes it is hard to make that choice when the voice in our head is telling you to just give up. That's a great victory when you don't want to exercise and yet you do, because you know that you will feel better afterward.

Tam, good job! I think it's important to realize that just because you miss a day, that's not a reason to give up!

And hey, it sounds like you enjoy doing WATP, so if there was one day you didn't want to do it, maybe your body just needed a rest, and that's OK! You're human!
