  • starting a new me for 2007

hi everyone, ok i have been yo yoing long eneough, and i need to start making some changes in my life, beginning with losing weight. I have done atkins in the past, lets just say i know how to do it but i have had the hardest time sticking with it, not sure if anybody else has dealt with that or not. I have about 140lbs i would love to lose or should i say i need to lose to be healthy. I have been on this message board in the past and i will do good for about 2 months i think the longest i went was 5months lost about 40lbs and then i sabatoge myself and fall down and not get back up for a month or two, i hate that about me, i feel so overwhelmed at times like i cant see the end of the road and give up. but anyway im going to start a new me for 2007, i know so many make resolutions and not stick to them so im not looking at this as a resoulution but a new me, my husband is going to help me with this and hopefully i can find some online friends along the way. I know i can do it i just got to put my mind to it and put everything into actions and try not to get so overwhelmed. ok well i will go for now but i plan on gettting more involved with this site for more motivation.

Hi Lisadallasr, as Laurenfra said its the friendships and support. There are some wonderful people here who are transforming their bodies and their spirits and they have so much to share with you. Gain from them, and then begin to pass on the wisdom yourself.

Century Club buddies, lets kick some major butt in 2007. We can all get that last 100lbs off this year. We have just got to stick together. This is our year to howl. Happy and Healthy New Year to all. brady

Lisa you can do it, the support of this gang here is what got me to drop my first 70, onto more losses in the future. Best wishes to you!

I have about 140 to lose too - I know we can do this!!! I need to do this for myself and and children. Maybe they wouldn't wear me out so bad if I could keep up better!
