  • Oh that's me

Hi All. I posted in the before and after forum and introducing yourself forum but I finally scrolled down and saw this Century Club forum and realized "oh that's me"

Starting weight 334, current weight 292. My current goal is 220 so I need to lose 114 pounds total. However, based on all the standard calculators it looks like my ideal weight would be 180-190 so I may be revising my goal.

I was wondering, is anyone planning on doing or have already done the Discovery Health National Body Challenge? I just saw a commercial for it and it looks like you can get a free 8 weeks trial to Bally Total Fitness. Sounds like it might be interesting but wondering if anyone had any positive or negative thoughts about it.

    Thanks!

          Re: Oh that's me

I signed up and it appears there are no strings attached. I can offically start going to the club when the challenge starts and anytime within the 8 consecutive weeks after that.

Other then that I doubt I'll be doing much as far as being involved in the other extra s you get for signing up. THey have good health information but I can get that anywhere, and they have a community for support, but that's what you guys are for =)

Grant sounds like you're well on your way to a better and healthier YOU! I don't have a Bally's near me or I'd go for the 8 weeks for sure. Congrats on make the decision to change your lifestyle!
